Helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, delicious buffet breakfast, great location near metro.

Couldn't fault a single thing.

Nice dressing area and a large toilet. Big L-shaped balcony with good privacy. Professional and helpful reception staff, especially Mr. Clau Buchmeier. Helpful front reception and brilliant concierge service. Good-sized rooms, clean bathrooms, and rich breakfast. Convenient location, a 15-minute walk to Plaza de Cibeles with parking available.

Excellent service and attention to detail. We had a minor maintenance issue, but it was promptly resolved. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the front reception were very helpful and the concierge service was great. The room size was good and the hotel lobby looked amazing. The hotel had its own parking, convenient. the location was close to Serrano avenue and within 30 minutes to the city center, making it easy to access many significant sights. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were excellent.

I was impressed by the level of service at the hotel. When I arrived early, they not only stored my bags but also offered me a free drink at the bar. The staff were very accommodating and even provided a teddy bear for my daughter. The hotel itself has a grand and luxurious feel, with well-maintained rooms. The location may not be central, but it's easily accessible by subway or taxi. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

In addition, it is nestled between two metro lines, allowing for seamless travel around the city. The rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread is delicious, with accommodating waiters ready to assist. The hotel also boasts helpful concierge services, enabling guests to arrange private tours and day trips with ease.

One downside is that the hotel lacks certain amenities, such as a swimming pool or a fully functional piano. However, these minor inconveniences do not overshadow the overall positive experience of staying at this hotel.

the exquisite room was equipped with exclusive amenities and had the most comfortable bedding. the Garden area was a pleasant surprise, as it offered a peaceful escape.

The only minor issue we encountered was the breakfast options, which were limited and did not satisfy all dietary restrictions. the offered Continental breakfast was still delicious and served with exceptional service.

It is also within walking distance to all of Madrid's major attractions, allowing guests to easily navigate the city.
